ITEP 2026 Notification – Apply Online for 4-Year Integrated Teacher Education Programme

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has invited online applications for the National Common Entrance Test (NCET) 2026) for admission to the 4-Year Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) for the Academic Session 2026–27.

The examination is conducted on behalf of the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) for admission into recognized Central/State Universities and Institutions including IITs, NITs, RIEs, and Government Colleges.

• Major 1: Education with School Stage Specialization
• Major 2: Selected Subject/Discipline

3. Scanned Signature

8. Valid Government ID Proof (if Aadhaar is not Available)
9. Aadhaar (OTP Should Match with Class 10 Certificate)

How to Apply for ITEP NCET 2026

Candidates must apply online through the official website of the National Testing Agency (NTA). Follow the step-by-step process below:

Step 1: Visit Official Website

Go to the official NCET portal:

Step 2: New Registration

• Click on “NCET 2026 Registration”
• Enter basic details such as:
  • Name
  • Parents/Guardian’s Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Mobile Number
  • Email ID
• Create a password
• Submit and Verify enter OTP and note down the Application Number

Step 3: Fill Online Application Form

Login using your Application Number and Password.

Fill in:

• Personal Details
• Academic Qualification Details
• Category Details
• Aadhaar or other ID Details
• Apaar ID Details
• Exam City Preference
• Choose Subjects
• Programme/Discipline Selection
• Take Live Photograph

Choose as per your travel efficiency

Step 4: Upload Documents

Upload scanned copies of:

• Passport Size Photograph
• Signature
• Category Certificate (if applicable)
• PwD Certificate (if applicable)

Make sure files are in the prescribed format and size.

Step 5: Pay Application Fee

Pay the fee online through:

• Debit Card
• Credit Card
• Net Banking
• UPI

Ensure successful transaction before the deadline.

Step 6: Final Submission

• Review all entered details carefully.
• Click on Submit Final Application.
• Verify Emails ID
• Download and print the Confirmation Page for future reference.

Important Instructions

• Last date to apply: 10 March 2026 (11:50 PM)
• Correction Window: 12–14 March 2026
• Apply early to avoid last-minute server issues.
