Students must qualify NEET to get admission in any medical college in India. The NEEI (UG)-2O26 scores aad merlt list will also apply for admlssions.

Application Guidelines

  • Only online mode application is accepted
  • One candidate must submit only one form
  • Use own or parents’ mobile number and email
  • All communication will be sent to registered contacts (emails or phone Number)

Important Note for Candidates

After submitting the NEET UG 2026 application form, candidates must keep the following safely for future use:

  • Proof of Fee Payment – bank transaction details supported by the confirmation page
  • 4–6 copies of identical passport size photographs used during online application
  • 4–6 copies of identical postcard size photographs that were scanned and uploaded in the form

NEET UG and DigiLocker

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has integrated NEET UG 2026 with DigiLocker to provide candidates a secure digital platform for accessing examination-related documents. Through this integration, important NEET records issued by NTA are made available directly in the candidate’s DigiLocker account.

After submission of the NEET UG application form, documents such as:

  • Confirmation Page
  • Admit Card
  • OMR Answer Sheet
  • Score Card

How to Use DigiLocker for NEET UG 2026

Candidates can use DigiLocker to access and store NEET UG 2026 documents safely. Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Create / Login to DigiLocker

  • Visit https://www.digilocker.gov.in or open the DigiLocker mobile app
  • Sign in using Aadhaar number or registered mobile number
  • Complete OTP verification to activate the account

Step 2: Link NEET UG Documents

  • Go to the “Issued Documents” section
  • Select the issuing authority (NTA/NEET UG when available)
  • Fetch documents using Application Number and registered mobile number

Step 3: Access Important Records

Through DigiLocker, candidates can view and download:

  • NEET UG Confirmation Page
  • Admit Card
  • OMR Answer Sheet
  • Score Card

Step 4: Store Additional Files

  • Candidates may upload personal documents such as ID proof or photographs
  • These files remain securely stored for use during counselling and admission
