Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess:
- Master’s Degree in:
- Hospital Administration
- Healthcare / Hospital Management
- Public Health
- Management
- Certification in:
- Quality Management / Procurement / Public Finance (desirable)
Experience & Skills Required
- Minimum 7 years experience in hospital or health facility management
- At least 3 years in a managerial role (Government hospital / public health programme preferred)
- Experience in:
- Budget management
- Procurement & tenders
- HR administration
- Familiarity with State/District public health systems is an advantage
Essential Skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Proficiency in:
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Google Docs, Sheets & Slides
Ability to prepare professional and impactful presentations
