Meghalaya Public Service Commission (MPSC) is responsible for conducting recruitment examinations and interviews for various posts under the Government of Meghalaya.
To apply for any MPSC post, online registration is mandatory.

Step-by-Step: How to Register in MPSC Online
Step 1: Visit Official Website
Go to the official website of Meghalaya Public Service Commission MPSC https://mpsc.meghalaya.gov.in/.

Step 2: Open Registration / Apply Online
Click on Online Application” link available on the homepage.
Step 3: New User Registration
- Click on New Registration
- Enter your name, email ID, Mobile number and Password
- Enter the Captcha shown in the Screen
- Click Register
- You will receive OTP in your Email
- Enter the OTP
- Click Submit
Note: Make sure to save your login credentials, you will need it later
Step 4: Login to Your Account
- Login using your username and password
- Complete your Personal Details, Educational Details, Address, Additional Qualifications, Driving Licence (if applicable)
- Upload your passport size (Square or round ) like 3×3 cm, signature 4×2 cm (space 20%)
- Click Submit.

Step 5: Upload Documents
Upload scanned copies of:
- Birth Proof (JPG Format) between 200-300kb
- Caste Certificate (JPG Format) between 200-300kb
- Required certificates (as mentioned in notification) Make it to 1 PDF File
- For Driving licence upload separately
Notes: Upload documents in the prescribed format and size only and check the official notification for new updates.
Step 6: Choose your preferred Post and Exam Center
- Click Apply online
- Choose MPSC, (Same Account for DSCs and other Departments)
- Tick the post you want to Apply
- Choose Exam Centre
- Submit
Step 7: Pay Application Fee
- Pay the application fee as per your category
- Fee concession available for SC/ST (Meghalaya) candidates
- Online payment by Card, UPI, Net Banking etc
- Offline (Challan)

Step 8: Submit Application
- Review all details carefully
- Submit the application form
- Take a printout / screenshot for future reference
Important Points to Remember
- Registration is mandatory for all MPSC exams

- Do not wait for the last date to register
- Incomplete applications may be rejected
